  • com (Optional Booking Protection):If you choose to opt into XCover booking protection at checkout, your necessary contact and booking details are transferred to XCover to generate your insurance policy. XCover acts as an independent Data Controller for your insurance claim process.
  • Payment Processors:Your payment data is handled securely through PCI-DSS compliant providers linked to SuperControl.
  • HMRC & Professional Advisers:We may share financial transaction data with our accountant or HMRC if required by law.

4. Data Retention: How Long We Keep It

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.

  • Booking & Financial Records:By UK tax law, we must keep basic information about our customers and financial transactions (including Contact, Identity, and Transaction Data) for 6 years plus the current tax year after they cease being customers.
