HOW TO BOOK
The Booking Process
Step 1
Simply click on your chosen dates above.
Step 2
To confirm your booking a 25% deposit is required with the remainder of the balance payable six weeks prior to your arrival. If the booking is within six weeks before your arrival, full payment will be required on booking. We will send you a link and you can pay online via credit or debit card. You will receive confirmation once a deposit is paid.

Step 3
Once the booking is confirmed we will send you email reminders of payment dates.
Guest Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified and received by email, once received we will confirm and process your cancellation.
Our cancellation refund terms are as follows:
Cancellations up to 14 days before your check-in date: You will receive a refund of 75% of the accommodation costs you have paid.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your check-in date: You will not be eligible for a refund from us unless we are able to successfully re-let the dates. If we do re-let the dates, we will refund you up to 75% or part of the sum you have paid, depending entirely on the value of the replacement booking.
Important Notice Regarding Holiday Protection:
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. To make this easy, we offer optional XCover Booking Protection directly at checkout via our booking system, SuperControl. If you choose not to opt-in to XCover or take out independent travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
